At NutriWave Juices, we want to ensure that you receive your fresh, organic cold-pressed juices in a timely and safe manner. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Areas
We currently only ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii or Alaska.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders! No need to worry about extra charges—our juices come to you with free delivery.
Shipping Methods
We work with trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and others, to get your juices delivered fresh and on time.
Shipping Timeframes

Processing Time: All orders placed before 1:00 PM ET will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET will ship the next business day.

Delivery Time: All orders are shipped to arrive in 3 days or less to ensure you get your juices quickly and fresh.

Important Restrictions:

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
- We ship Monday–Friday.
- We do not ship on weekends, but FedEx may deliver on Saturdays in some areas.
- Your delivery day depends on how far you are from our warehouse. If you're close, your box may arrive the next day, even if it ships on Friday. If you're farther away, your box may take up to 3 days and may arrive on Saturday.

Packaging
We use ice packs and insulated materials to keep your juices cold and fresh during transit. Each package is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with all the details. You can also track your orders directly through your customer portal on our website.
Order Issues
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if there’s any delay in shipment, please reach out to us at support@nutriwavejuices.com. Our team will work quickly to locate your order and resolve any issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
