At NutriWave Juices, we prioritize your satisfaction and are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality juices. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any of our products as they are perishable and cannot be resold once opened or shipped. This ensures the health and safety of all our customers.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on any orders.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us at support@nutriwavejuices.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement for the affected product(s).

  • Non-Perishable Product Issues: If you believe there’s a non-perishable issue with any product (such as incorrect items or order not delivered), please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery (14 days from placing order if order was never delivered), and we’ll arrange a resolution.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled shipment. To avoid being billed for your next shipment, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.
